How to cook rice - Ratio: 1 cup (approx. 150g) rice to 1 cup water 1. Wash rice and rinse well until water is clear. 2. Soak rice in water for 30 - 60 minutes. 3. Put in pot on the stove with a lid on. Keep a high heat for the first few minutes until boiling, afterwards briefly on a medium heat, then continue cooking on a low heat until there is no more water. Note: Do not let it burn! Do not remove the lid! After cooking, take the pot off the stove and leave the lid closed for about 10 minutes.

Storage: store away from light, dry and cool (below 15 degrees Celsius or in the refrigerator if necessary).
